Packard Bell Packard Bell PnP 5480 Driver. Download to your temp folder. Prepare a blank floppy diskette and insert it in A drive. Double click on Pbmon.exe and let it build the driver base on your floppy. Open Readme to read instructions on how to move drivers to Windows. Go back and delete the download from you Temp folder unless you collect them.
