Phillips 105E (PHL554E), 104S (PHL454C), 105S (PHL0001), 105B (PHLE001), 107E (PHL0004), 107S (PHLE005), 107B (PHLE003), 107T (PHLE004), Brilliance 107P (PHLE002), 109S (PHLE008), 109B (PHLE007), Brilliance 109P (PHL0005), 14C (7CM5209 /20T) Driver. I just got a Philips monitor driver pack (I got it as a pack of Win '95 drivers, but they most probably work on NT Windowses as well - I couldn't test) and I added the 7CM5209 /20T since I had the info I needed to do it. You are advised to use WiziWYG (it's free) to create your own colour profile for the 7CM5209.
File Contents: When installing the 7CM5209 under Windows 98 (and probably all others), note that the refresh rate must be set to "optimal" and NOT "adapter default". When I tested, 1024 was unusable until I changed to "optimal". The other resolutions were too dark before that. Also, note that this monitor can only display 1024x768 in interlaced mode, and that it is a fixed frequency monitor, meaning there is only one possible frequency per resolution.
