Model: Mobility Radeon 7500
Operating System: Windows 2000 (Note: might work with other versions of this os.)
File: Windows_XP_Version_ATI_Mobility_Radeon_7500.zip
Comments:
Then I recalled the WindowsXP builtin drivers gave me 3D Acceleration even when ATI drivers wouldn’t do it on Windows XP. So I gave it a try and manually compiled this compilation from Windows XPs own files. And it worked !! (Tested on Vista Ultimate on a Dell C640 Machine only)
So here I’m uploading it in good will and with the hope that it helps all the other Radeon 7500 owners who have been left out by ATI to just deal with the situation by themselves.
PS: This is my first attempt to ever creating a thing of this sort. I will try to help if you leave back comments but don’t flame me to ashes if I can’t help or if the driver doesn’t work out for you.
PPS: I’ve also noticed that I’m having crashes when I install audio driver of Crystal 4250, so I’m running without audio for now and looking for a solution. May be you’ll have Blue screens too.. In that case try to uninstall all other drivers (that’s how I figured this driver works) and look for more updated drivers (my Crystal 4250 is outdated as I figured)
